The Management Team
PPS’ success comes from the drive of founders and managing directors, Marc Conias and Paul Lane, as they see each project as a challenge and an opportunity to provide clients across Australia and New Zealand with unique solutions to suit their individual needs.
Prior to establishing PPS, Marc Conias worked in development and construction for more than 15 years. His immense experience, in-depth knowledge and impressive network of contacts has seen PPS work with some of the largest global hotel businesses to deliver solutions for their properties in various markets.
Paul Lane leads the design for all of PPS’ projects and is renowned for creating bespoke interior designs for the Australian and New Zealand market. Paul has worked in design over the past 20 years for retail stores and wholesalers before running his own business and coming up with award winning interior design concepts, with recognizable style in Australian and New Zealand hotels.
PPS provides fantastic creative opportunities for Paul, feeding into his passion to find the right looks for any style of accommodation and pulling all the pieces together to create a cohesive layout that tells a story.
